My neighbour has a daughter. We are of the same age but we don~t study in the same school. In the evening we always do homework together. She is good at maths and I am good at English. So we often help each other.

不知怎么搞的，我愛上了英語，與英語結(jié)下了不解之緣。說起學(xué)英語，還有一番來歷呢！
那是六年前的事了。那一天，烈日炎炎，知了在大樹上叫著。媽媽和爸爸出去辦事了。我獨自一人在家里，因為閑著沒事兒，我就打開電視機，看電視。我按到一個英語頻道“CCTV-9”。看到老師的英語那么流利、動聽，我不禁贊嘆：“多么好的英語呀，要是我也能練成那樣一口好英語，那該多好��！”從此以后，只要一有空，我就看英語頻道“CCTV-9”。雖然我不懂這些英語，但你只要用心去聽，就會聽出其中之美了。漸漸地，我喜歡上了英語，也懂了一些最基本的單詞。爸爸媽媽見我對英語這么感興趣，就買了一些英語卡片和英語書，鼓勵我要好好學(xué)英語。這樣，我對學(xué)英語的信心也就更足了。
5歲時，我上了幼兒園小班，開始學(xué)起了英語。我為我以前學(xué)過英語而感到自豪，不免有些驕傲的情緒，但我壓抑住了，更加努力學(xué)習(xí)英語。過了三年，我離開了幼兒園，來到了充滿生機的小學(xué)。在學(xué)校里，爸爸給我報了劍橋英語班。在班里，我學(xué)習(xí)十分刻苦。無論是嚴(yán)寒，還是酷暑，我每天都早起，堅持念半個小時。有時我生了病，但要是那一天有英語課，我就算發(fā)高燒，也要去上，因此，我取得了優(yōu)異的'成績，在菱湖區(qū)口語比賽中得了個人一等獎，在湖州市團體比賽中，得了三等獎，受到了老師的表揚，父母的稱贊，同學(xué)的羨慕。
在眾目睽睽的成績下，我再也壓抑不住那種驕傲的情緒了。聽到爸爸媽媽看電視時的歡笑聲，我再也受不了了，心里想：讀英語太累了，要是每天不讀半個小時英語，那樣的話……這時，我的心美滋滋的，就忍不住鉆到電視機底下去了。一連幾天，我被電視的這種誘惑所吸引，所陶醉。每天半個小時的英語終于被電視所代替了，我不再用心念英語了。慢慢地，我的英語成績急速下降，課代表這個位置，眼看就要保不住了。這時，我十萬火急，只想到一個辦法，那就是不看電視，去讀英語。經(jīng)過一個月的苦練，我的英語成績慢慢地回升了。通過這次，我明白了一個道理：學(xué)英語就要一步一步踏實地走下去，決不能來得半點虛假，這樣在你的英語之路上才會有更輝煌的時刻！
